The Museum is comprised of four “silos”: unique subterranean constructions used as dwellings for centuries. Their whitewashed walls, ceilings and floors light up and shelter the interior. Two of the silos have rooms decorated as a family home, with original furnishings and articles. The inner rooms maintain the “lumbreras”: vertical windows that serve as air vents.
