House Turull was built in 1819, commissioned by Pau Turull Font. It follows the style of a house-factory and is the only one conserved in the city that maintains its original structure. It consists of a main building, with three sections and ground floor, two floors and attic, where the owners lived, and a long section that housed the productive areas of the textile factory. In 1860 the interiors were renovated on the occasion of the visit to Sabadell of Queen Elizabeth II, who would stay there. This new decoration has remained until today. Since 1964 the house is owned by the City Council and is headquarters of the Museum d’Art of Sabadell.
