Built by Doménech i Montaner between 1901 and 1907, it’s one of the rare examples of Art Nouveau house that preserves almost entirely its original decoration (lights, furniture, tapestries, stained glass, mosaics, etc.). Such artists as Jujol, Bergadà, Hipòlit Montseny, Ferran Granell and Lluis Brú contributed, with their various specialties, to the inner lining of the building. Notable among these are the works of Gaspar Homar, who made the furniture. The lower floor is occupied by a commercial establishment that also maintains the period equipment.
