The museum is located on four “pallozas” from the eighteenth century, on the Route to Santiago de Compostela. “Pallozas” are traditional architecture characteristic of eastern Galicia and western Asturias and Leon. Both the domestic life and the agricultural and livestock activities are recreated. The museum is equipped with ethnographic assets related to the daily life, farming, food preparation and tool manufacturing, typical of the area.
